Older Diesel Hustler Set

The Item number is 40-101 and consists of a Santa Fe  engine and caboose, Union Pacific hopper and a Swift's Premium refrigerated car. Track is 3' round. Complete set intact. Hoping to find out approximately how old this set is and what it might be worth.

It was my husband's and he passed away two years ago with no life insurance and I don't qualify to collect on his social security. I need to sell off as much stuff as I can as I lost my home and am on disability.

Thank you to anyone who can help answer my request for info/worth. Will not be able to reply to anyone until later tonight or tomorrow as I'm using a library computer.

Dear Avon Lady,
I'm afraid this set isn't worth very much at all- older HO sets seldom are. A check of eBay will show you similar sets' values; I'd guess in the $25 range.
