4-4-0 ma & pa dcc only

I purchased the loco several weeks ago. I have have not been able to get it to run. I have used #3 ; #03 ; Loco # with no luck. Does anyone have the decoder reset info?? It is not in any of the product lit. help!!!! Thank You;

Depending on your DCC system, you may be able to read back the present address.

THANK YOU. It was a big help . We reset it to the defalt & all is fine. I'm breaking it in befor changi.ing anything. I'm running my "GEM" brass passager cars with it. The cars are lit & a interor's & people in them. It pull's them ok. It could use a little more weight over the drivers. For grades. Any ideas?? Thanks again. BOB
