Spectrum 4-4-0 and 2-6-0

I am contemplating another narrow gauge endeavor.  I have no experience with Fn3 so please excuse this simple question.  ARE THESE LOCOMOTIVES TENDER DRIVE?   The description in your "Products" does not specify.  thx.
