noisy gears on f40ph

There is noise in the gears on a new f40ph.  What do I do or need?

I'm no sure if that a gear. The F40PH makes some noise that sounds like loss gears, but isn't. Check your gears, the top comes off by taking off the gas tank and then with two screws inside deep wells.

Dear Rick,
Try a little EZ  Lube gear grease. Your loco should quiet down when it's lightly lubed and run in.
