Heavyweight Passenger lighting not working shortly after running

Why do the lights go out shortly after using the heavyweight passenger cars. No physical damage. They run fine and then just go out. I cleaned the track and checked the contacts and everthing looks fine. Can anybody give me a suggestion?

Reseat the lamps.
