I have tried all the suggestions given about getting my G-scale train to work.  I am totally frustrated with the way this particular engine is working.  I bought many years ago in a set at Sam's club.  I think that this particular engine is just unworkable.  I will try to find another engine I can use with my set, but I don't know if that will be possible.  This is the very first time I have ever had any problems with a Bachmann product.

I am looking forward to getting some new HO track so that I can get that set up rolling again.  I really like the Bachmann HO track mwith the plastic roadbed.

Thanks,
Dr. Bob

Sorry to hear you have had no luck.

If you live anywhere near me and bring the engine to me I will try to fix it at absolutely no charge to you.

I live near Warrenton, MO about 60 miles west of St. Louis.

I am sorry to hear that.

Similar thing as Loco Bill, if you live in the Seattle, WA area, we could meet to take a look at the locomotive.  Let me know!
