turnouts

hi i was wondering if they make lights for turnouts something like a signal tower that lights up depending on what way the turnout is going.

I am using e-z track dcc turnouts and remote turnouts
   

I am also wondering if they make bumpers that have lighting

I use Atlas bumper track section. I then insert a LifeLIke street lantern into the hole in the bumper and wire the street lantern to the track.
