DCC compatible?

Newbie question:

I have a Bachmann Spectrum HO GE 70 Ton Switcher (Bachmann item # is 81110) which I am trying to sell.
Can anyone tell me if a DCC board can be installed on it?  I would imagine so since they sell one that is already DCC-equipped.

DCC can be installed on almost anything.  However, some are harder than others.  Does the box have the words "DCC Ready"?  If so installation is fairly easy to drop dead easy.  If it doesn't say "DCC Ready" it may be more difficult.
