Does anybody know if its hard to install and program Tsunami Sound?

They do not have an NMRA 8 prong plug, so you will need to hard wire the decoder.  The speaker will need wiring, too.
What do you use to program your decoders?  It should be no harder than any other decoder you program, assuming you do more than just put an address other than "3" on the locomotive.

The Micro-Tsunami needs a 8 pin connector as does the standard Tsunami. With the standard Tsunami you can cut back the shrink and expose the 9 pin JST connector and use that if the loco has a JST connector. I read somewhere but cannot remember where that the guarantee would not be affected. I would contact SoundTraxx (email or phone)  to verify.
This guy has the connectors and no shipping charge under $50 the last time I ordered three weeks ago. Your mileage may vary.

Yahoo has a SoundTraxx DCC group with a lot of info and activity.
