DCC Ready,remote and DCC turnouts connections

i just tested Bachmann Acela Ho scale train set.Does anybody can explain to me what DCC Ready means?

...and how should connect the remote and dcc tornouts to the DCC Command center?

Need  more background information concerning your set.
Do you have the E-Z Command Setup and Programming Instruction?
Do you have the E-Z Command Decoder-Equipped DCC Turnout Instruction sheet?

When Bachmann says your Acela is DCC-ready, it means that Bachmann has installed an NMRA 8-pin plug in the power car, so you can just plug in a DCC decoder instead of having to use a soldering iron.

DCC Ready means the motor brushes are isolated from the power pickups and there is some means to accept the installation of a decoder... a socket, solder pads, wires or something else.

The Bachmann HO DCC-ready Acela has a NMRA 8-pin socket.

Remote Turnout -   Can not be controlled by the E-Z Command Control Center. Power Remote Turnout's switch machine with a model railroad DC power pack using the AC terminals or use a wall-wart transformer rated at 12 to 15 Volts AC to power turnout's switch machine. Follow the directions on the back of the turnout package for wiring.

Bachmann's DCC On Board Turnout - Can be controlled by the E-Z Command Control Center. Follow the direction that came with the turnout, the turnout's switch machine is powered through the track and need no other wiring.

And DCC Equiped means it already has decoder in it and is DCC! And DCC is allows better control, and it used a lot for more and more locomotives.
