Another Newbie Question - Rivarossi Heisler

I recently got a new Rivarossi 2 Truck Heisler model and even after the break in it seems to run very slow compared to all my other trains.  Is this normal for this particular model?

Yes; top speed of a Heisler is less than 20 mph.
