but i have to ask one quick Question is it going to have the Knuckle Coupler of the Hook and loop style of coupling

Well, Casey Jr is going to have a amercain coupling. I'm also thinking about cuting the tender of a jupiter engine to make it shorter, just to make it look more like Casey Jr's tender.

Accucraft made a G scale model of the Casey Jr ride engine at Dizzyworld a couple of years ago, you might be able to find a picture on line of it.

Well, I'm building a HO model railway layout next year, and Casey Jr. might be done before the movie.
