Whats the package of black powder for.

I just received HO 2-10-0 Russian Decapod loco with DCC & Tsusami Sound.  Inside the packaging with the locomotive is a 2"x3" package of some type of black powder.  Nothing in the instructions as to what this is for.  Anyone know?

Yep.  It's either cinders or coal.  In any event, put some diluted white glue on your coal load and on the tender deck and put a little from the bag on the load/deck.
