Decoder for Bachmann EMD F7 A Loco

Hello I just perchased the Hawthorne Village Ho Scale F7 a locomotive at a show yesturday and want to install a decoder in it. Can someone tell me where I can find the proceedure for doing this? Does Bachmann or another manufacturer produce a decoder that will fit this locomotive? I have the instruction sheet but I do not see a part number to identify the who unit but it does have motor # 6172. I need to know a step by step and any grounding i would need to do to install the decoder.
