Bachmann Customer Service

Why can't I get a response from customer service?  An e-mail I sent about a month ago was never answered and I'm still waiting for an answer to an e-mail I sent a week ago.  This is customer service??

     Their e-mail probably filtered your e-mail as spam.  Try calling the phone numbers instead.

Must of us get a quicker response when we call the second number.

I'll try calling tomorrow but I just didn't send an e-mail. I used the "contact us" link on the Bachmann website. That shouldn't be spam.  The posting by John Z who has been waiting for his repaired locomotive since December is disturbing.

They must be working under a tremendous backlog of warranty work. Perhaps they get thousands of emails every day. 

The only advice I can offer is to be patient, and keep trying.  Well, that's easy for me to say as I don't have any warranty issues at the moment.   :D
