Hello,
I have an 0-8-0 from IHC (Premier) and i would like to know if it's possible to turn it to DCC to use with my (BachmannEZ command) and how can do this.

It is possible.  The first question is the isolation of the motor.  I know it doesn't have a DCC plug, but it's possible the motor is isolated.  Put the decoder in the tender in any event.  I'll try to see what I can with mine.

Since we are talking about the IHC 0-8-0, What is the size of the drivers.

IHC's 0-8-0 is a USRA version.  It's not as nice as the Proto 2000, but it's okay.  Wheels seem to be in the 57" range.
