Tiem to replace an engine

Is there a guess from anyone here as to the turn around time for Bachmann to replace an engine?  I sent my 2-8-0 Connie in for replacement a month ago and have not heard from them at all.

Is this normal?  I don't want to call CS and sound like a pain in the  caboose.
