The "Faur Quarterhorse"..the only one of her kind in the USA.
she spent her last years in Sayre, PA, and was scrapped there.

I figured it out! It's a 1500 HP 4-s built by Ingalls in 1945. Only one was built;it was sold to the GM&O then traded to EMD in 1965.
