Has the Bachmann hi-rail truck and crane been discontinued?

I've been looking for a MOW vehicle and found the Bachmann truck with crane (model 16902) but it doesn't show in their catalogue.  (click on image to enlarge)

Can anyone inform me whether it has been discontinued or just out of stock?
