Non-sound consolidation DCC CV values

I'm running a NCE Powercab DCC system. My non-sound spectrum consolidation runs in "reverse". The mfg code is 101 (bachmann) and the decoder version is 46.
In forward direction, it is running reverse with no headlight.
In reverse direction, it is running forward with a headlight.
What CV and value will change the direction? I know for TCS decoders, it is CV29. I tried this value and there was no change.
Also, is there a CV table for the non-sound consolidation? i've found the sound version, but that is a different decoder.

Can you read the value of CV29 for your locomotive? Whatever it is you can reverse the direction by either increasing or decreasing the value of CV29 by 1. Just try it both ways. Read the value of CV29 and increase CV29 by 1. If that doesn't work then go back and decrease it by 1.
