EZ Command Plus Speed Control

I have a new EZ Command Plus.  Everything works except the speed control.  When I turn the knob the first level light blinks and goes off.  I have spun the knob rapidly and it will blink on and off. Sometimes it stays on until I stop rotating the knob.  Is it me or the controller?  Another great buy through Amazon. Thanks.

It's the controller.  Contact Bachmann Service department, I've always found them very approachable and accommodating. You should be able to work out a solution of some kind with them.
