Anyone familiar with how to wire the track plan #19 pg. 115 in the Bachmann E-Z  Track planning Guide & Layout Book by Chris Lane?
Would like to run two trains using DCC set-up.  What materials needed?

Thanks

With DCC you shouldn't need to subdivide this layout into blocks. But it would be adviseable to have feeders at various points around the layout. Substitute the terminal rerailers for a straight or curve at 3-4-locations around the layout and you should be good. The simplest way to power them is to daisy chain the terminal tracks together with the extension wires. Whatever you do, be mindful of the polarity of the extension wires. Do not plug the track into the controller at first. Daisy chain two terminals together, and check for shorts with an ohmmeter. IF you get a short, flip the plug on one end of the extension wire over and plug it back into the terminal track. When you have no shorts, plug the wires into the next one, etc. Doing them one at a time will ensure that if you do get a short, the problem will be with the last thing you connected. Once you have completely wired them together and there are no shorts, you can connect the controller and power up the layout.
