Terminal Rerailer Power Pack Question

I am setting up my first track this weekend and one of the first parts to I received is the 9" straight terminal rerailer. It says I need to connect it to a power pack, but I do not know if that a separate unit or if that the same thing as the power pack with speed controller the train set comes with. Can anyone help me out here as I also purchased the left and right remote turnouts which I believe also say they need a power pack. So if I need to get another powerpack for these track pieces I want to order it asap.

Based on the instructions I found for the remote turnouts it looks like, for those at least, I can just use the power supply and speed controller that comes with the train. Hopefully this the same holds true for the terminal rerailer.

The terminal rerailer uses the red wire with the flat black connector - hard as heck to get into the slot in many cases

The other end plugs into "to trains" on the power pack

Your switches use a green wire - the pronged ends connect to those 2 knobs
The black flat end is even harder to push into the switch box

So, sounds like; pain in the ass? yes. But another power pack needed? no.

So, it turns out the power supply with my train does not have any extra terminals on it for accessories, so I do in fact need a separate power supply for the powered turnouts. But the terminal rerailer is a part that came with the track set, that is the part that powers the entire track. So, I now have a spare I can use without power to ensure proper wheel alignment elsewhere on the track if needed.

If You cannot find a power transformer locally...I have several from Bachmann train sets that have the acc terminals - if You still need one send Me a message

I found a dedicated power pack from Bachmann, but thanks for the offer.
