Hi Large Scale fans,

We're aware that a number of hobbyists are looking for instruction models and parts diagrams for older Large Scale locomotives. We are actively looking to get these documents uploaded as time permits. Some of them are very old and must be located on our backup file systems, or the files have been lost and we need to locate and scan hard copies.

Please check our documentation page first to see if the documents you are looking forward have not already been uploaded: https://shop.bachmanntrains.com/index.php?main_page=documents&cPath=8

If you don't find what you are looking for, please reply in the thread below so we can add it to the "to-do" list and add them to the website.

We are currently working on adding the following:
-Two-Truck Heisler Parts and Wiring Diagrams
-GE 45-Ton Center Cab Manual, Parts and Wiring Diagrams

Thank you!

Hi Yardmaster & Crew,

A big thanks for this effort to add these manuals and diagrams.  Bachmann large scale steam locomotives have allowed many of us to model a part of railroad history that would have been impossible without the many historic locomotives you have produced. Looking back to 1988 it has been an amazing run for us large scalers.  The 4-6-0 Big Hauler started it all for those of us who were waiting for a US prototype locomotive in large scale.  The Spectrum Line has been nothing short of amazing. It has been a great ride and I am glad to have been along for it.
