ALC42- How to activate Crew Alerter?

I just rec'd my ALC-42 locomotive. I cannot figure out how to activate the crew alerter on it. I believe it is linked to F16. I have a Digitrax DT-402 style throttle that has 12 function keys.

Can someone give me some help on this?
