bachmann spectrum 0-6-0

I have a Bachmann Spectrum on30 0-6-0, the light does not switch from back to front.
It lights up at the rear when reversing, but it doesn't light forward.
After I replaced the plug with wires, a few of them were broken off.
What's going on here, maybe it's a CV, but which one?
Do you know the CV numbers for that?
Could I get a manual for that?
Or is the front lamp defective but I don't know how to take it apart? If that is the case, I can get a manual.

Soundtraxx's website doesn't have a CV list for the 0-6-0 but here is the one for the 2-6-0 which is bound to be very similar.

CV 49 and 50 appear to be the relevant ones.  Try inserting the default values shown in the list and see if that doesn't fix the problem.  If not, try flip flopping the values.
