5 amp power booster power cord

Hi. I need help trying to find a replacement power brick, the power supply cord, however you would term it, for my 5 amp booster. The booster I know is fine. Any links or info to a replacement would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to buy something for it and damage it and I really don't want to get a new one if I can avoid it.
