i purchased a Plasser EM80 that needs track cleaning pad replaced. i wondering where i can get one or if there is another option for that part. any help would be appreciated.

You'll probably have to cut a piece of mildly abrasive material, as this item is many years out of production.

A chunk cut out of one of those cheap sponge type paint brushes should work. The cell structure is tighter than a regular kitchen sponge, so should work better at getting any dirt off.
