Old Bachmann pancake motor brushes

Tore into the pancake motor out of a Santa Fe 307(Diesel Hustler set) and when I pulled the springs the brushes came out in powder form. :-\  Anyone know where I might get a new set of brushes? Is it even worth it? TIA.

It's probably not worth the effort, but Athearn motor brushes can be cut down to fit.

You can find a bunch of those locos on EBay for cheap.
Feel like a Mogul.
