How to add photos of my layout?

Can anyone tell me how to add photos of my layout to a reply?
I get the message saying my photo size will fit but when I upload it turns red and says an error accrued notify mediator.

WHat we all do is upload the photos to a hosting site like Imgur or Flikr, then link to the photos on the hosting site.

For me, it's Facebook.

I use Flickr and Photobucket, mainly because I already had a bunch of stuff there not related to model railroading.

I use Imgur. I used to use Photobucket until they started charging to host. I don't like my photos being held hostage.
