How to remove truck side frame to get to the geared drive wheels on GP40

Hello. I need to remove the truck side frame (the underside piece) so I can get to the wheel gears of my GP40's for maintenance and I'm not sure how to do it. It appears that this piece is held on by a tab at the one end but I hesitate to push or pull these pieces too hard for fear of breaking them. Any suggestions? Thx.

As you guessed, you gently pry on the end of the truck frame until it pops loose. Not much else to it.
