424014 billboard connections

Looking for suggestions for an HO train sub-novice. Is there a recommended power source I can use to light the 4 billboards? The box shows to attach to the accessory terminals on the power pack. I'm figuring I need at least much longer wires and more terminals.
Not DCC - since I only read about DCC yesterday for the first time.

First off, additional information is required in order to safely answer your question.
1.  What is the voltage requirements of the billboard(s)? 
2.  Are you expecting to connect power from the rails or separate power (recommended).

Note that different manufacturers of billboards will have different specifications on how to power/light them. 

And yes, DCC is not applicable from the information you provided.

A 14 or 16 volt AC or DC wall-wart power supply should work just fine. The slightly lower voltage will also extend the bulb life compared to using the 18V output of a power packs accessory output. Terminal strips available at most hardware stores can be used to connect multiple billboards.
