Spare parts for "Spectrum" The Master Railroad Series Item #89314 "Passenger Car

The car I purchased has no couplers, couplers covers, screws supplied.
The car has 3 axles trucks and body mounted coupler gearboxes.
According to the instruction's spare parts list I need:
·         #6607 - coupler cover - 2 ea.
·         #6633 - screw - 2 ea.
to be able to install couplers there.

None of the suppliers recognize those numbers which may be superseded throughout the years.
Does anybody have a suggestion in this matter? Thanks a lot!

This screw should fit in the above coupler cover.
