Track problems need guidance

Hi all, Track assembled as per instructions ran continuity tests on all tested track. And I noticed the stroller would only go one direction. Does anyone know what is the cause and how to fix it?

I don't know what a stroller is, but my mind goes back 65 years when I had little kids that it might be something they would use.  but I am sure that is not you are talking about. OK what scale and is it dc or dcc.
