Pro box problems

Hi Guys.

My Pro box Was just working fine one day but the next day no communication between the base set and the pro box happened.
When you remove the base station from the pro box it works fine but when you refit the base onto the pro box, only the green light stays on and nothing else happens. The hand set display shows no communication at all. Please help.
