Western Pacific 485- no sound

Its connected to an DCC EZ Command Control Center - the function buttons 1-8 don't allow the sound to work, only F10 allow the lights work. I can't hear sound at all. Please help.

Does it have sound?  DCC with sounds or just DCC?  The lights work on DCC no sound, too but that's all.

This loco has a motor only decoder. No sound.     Joe
