I know i cant do this with my Bachmann E-Z controller, but with a better DCC controller, is it possible to change the whistle and other sounds on my Bachmann J class? Does the chip on board have other whistles in its file, or do i need a different chip?

The Sound Value decoder factory installed includes three whistles -- selected using CV 115
