Spectrum SD45 (non DCC)

Hi I'm new to this forum and I need some advice as to where to get a couple of complete gear trucks with worm gear for a discontinued Spectrum SD45 (Northern Pacific) The ones installed have started to squeal and become very noisy, I have lubricated the gears but to no avail so would like to replace both units, any insight and help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe someone here can tel you if the other locos have the same parts. Notice the worm is separate. It drives a worm gear on each truck, I use Labelle oil and great with WTFE witch helps a lot. I get the kit from Amazon.
I make sure nothing, gears are rubbing. A drop of oil on each motor shaft at motor.

I think Rich is right about trying a drop of oil on each motor bearing.

As soon as 'squeal' is mentioned I think motor lubrication.
