SF cable car not working

Hi, my SF cable car is not working. Can someone tell me if the Body Shell 3795 pop off the Chassis 3781?

I just looked at a couple diagrams and it looks like a press fit to the chassis. The diagrams do not show any screws up into the shell from the chassis to the shell.
Look at the bottom and see if there are any screws.
