Doodlebug Parts Needed

Hello,

I am trying to find some parts for an older Bachmann HO Scale Doodlebug.

I need a front (power) truck. I am trying to install DCC and sound for a friend and his unit has bad gears.

Does anyone have an extra power truck they'd be willing to part with?

I just rebuilt my Bug and changed to DCC. The gears are easy to replace if they are the ones on the axles. If the gear spins on the axle it is most likely cracked. You can get the gears from NWSL and you install them or you can purchase the wheel -axle assembly with the gears installed. You most likely will not find the power truck but would have to get a used Bug on  Ebay and you might endup where you are with the one you have now condition wise.
