I have A Doodlebug which has the two gears split on the power truck. Does anyone know where I can get new gears to replace on axels

Unless you can find a NWSL older kit on ebay, I wold contact  NWSL and find out when they will start producing them again. I just looked at the NWSL site.
Someone on another site used a NWSL Stanton drive to modify this loco.
