Bachmann 87901 + Digikeijs DR5000 + z21 app Help Required

Hello all i have just purchased a Bachmann 87901 Maintenance Vehicle and am using the Digikeijs DR5000.
I set everything up in the z21 app and add the maintenance vehicle with address 3.
I try to run and it and nothing happens.
Could someone please kindly suggest how i can fix this issue?
