Just to be clear before this demand keeps being repeated. This model is licensed only to Japan. This is done because in Japan the companies only have to negotiate with Sony Creative Products, rather than Mattel (I was wrong in a previous post, so this is a correction.) Therefore, KATO simply does not have the rights to release this product internationally and it will be exclusive to their shops

Because of this, unless substantial demand (such as sales data KATO receives once orders open) warrants desire to negotiate with Mattel to distribute it internationally, it is unlikely to happen. This is out of Bachmann's hands for the most part I believe, so sending requests here is unlikely to substantially influence things. At least at present. If the sales of this model really take off when it releases this Fall, then I think things could be more open to negotiation.
