Painting an F7 with Amtrak colors.

I'm planning to paint an F7 I got with Amtrak colors but bumped into the red color. As I live in Europe I don't know which red is appropriate. It would be very good to paint with Tamiya or Mr hobby paints as they are readily available to me. Can someone enlighten me? Thanks.
