using ez command turnouts with nce powercab system

need help\info on how to use\program ez command dcc turnouts with nce powercab system.  don't know jack about cv's.  any step by step instructions appreciated.  manufacturer's info(both) vague\unclear\confusing.  Thanks!

I am having a similar problem.  I purchased an EZ Track DCC equipped turnout to use in a demonstration/training layout, but I cannot get it to work with my NCE PowerCab.  Any help is greatly appreciated as time is of the essence.
