How to replace domes on modern 4-4-0?

My Spectrum Modern 4-4-0 came with a set of replacement domes.  How do I switch them out?  Do I have to take the whole unit apart to
reach the inside of the boiler?

Search this forum and the HO forum for 4-4-0 domes. I saw a couple discussions a few years ago about domes.
The diagram page should help also.
There is a good chance someone will jump in and help.

Don't know which road name 4-4-0 you have but the 1880's ornate fluted ones, like on the Grest Northern one, are really too old fashioned for the 1900 modern 4-4-0.
