Looking For a Steam Locomoitves Crew For Help

I am in need of help. I am building a live steamer and need to talk to some crew members that run and maintain a steam locomotive. I would like to hold these conversations off this board and use an instant messenger. Are there any steam locomotive crewmen out there that can help; I will give details off of the board.

It's a live steamer, but not of any scale ever built. I really do not care where the crewmen are from, or what kind of engine ythey maintain; it can be a live steamer, or the real deal of Iron Horse.
