DCC turn out problem

Is there any way to reset a DCC Bachmann turnout to factory setting as I have two [own total of 8 ]  that do not respond to function 1 through 8 keys. at one time each responded appropriately to function key press.

No factory reset. Program the turnout again without any locomotives on track.

Hunt - Thank you -  It worked great with one of my switches but I guess I will need to send two of them in for service. [one 1 yr old and the other 8 years old]  Most of my switches are at least 15 years old.  Again thanks Hunt.
