Can EZ Command be programmed to be used with MRC 1628 decoder?

Have seen MRC 1628 (4 solenoid) decoder board programmed with NCE and MRC systems to run this decoder. Can EZ Command system also be used if addresses are 1-8. Have 6 turnouts?

A MRC 1628 stationary accessory decoder cannot be used with an E-Z Command Control Center, item 44902.
