sent 2 locomotives to bachmann for repair

Does anyone know how long it takes Bachmann to do repairs on locomotives i have sent 2 in to them and the status hasn't changed on the repairs

This time of year is probably pretty busy.  I've waited about 1 week for an EZ Command repair, which they just replaced and 2 weeks for a loco repair.

Their "repair" service is excellent but if you send a detailed and custom painted loco to them with a request they repair your loco, don't hold your breath as the odds are, you will receive a replacement loco from whatever they have in stock.

But still a quick turnaround.
